I wanted to preheat my car using a small electrical heater to decrease the time it sits idling in the morning. I ran an extension cord to the passenger footwell. The other end was attached to this electrical outlet: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09C88ZZ5H/
The grill replacement is quite the hack. I started with the model at: www.thingiverse.com/thing:4504447 performed a hull operation on the front of it and deleted a model of the cutout needed to mount the electrical outlet. It has all kinds of cosmetic issues that aren't visible when installed and don't effect the function. I printed it in PETG and painted it with flexseal. A prototype printed in PLA didn't have enough flexibility to clip into place (the clips snapped off).
