That worked well in my RV and I was inspired by the pop-a-bowl to design a version of my paper plate dispenser that works for bowls. It is designed for 20oz paper bowls (around 7 5/8" or 195mm diameter) but it is parametric so you can adjust it for size, capacity, etc. The included version has an opening at the top that is as small as possible - you have to load the bowls one at a time. If you didn't want it to be quite as compact, you could certainly plug in a larger number and make it any size you wanted.

I used 3x 1" long #8 screws.
