Description

21. May 2024 V2.1:

  • Additional x16 version
  • Mount updated

18. May 2024 V2.0:

  • First release

V1: https://makerworld.com/en/models/466404

In my opinion, the V1 was still in need of improvement, so I developed a completely new concept from scratch.

As always, your feedback is very welcome.

What's new:

  • The nozzle can be replaced as usual
  • Different versions (x8/x16)

As the blades are very thin, I had the problem that they were not printable in the middle of the plate. However, this was not a problem in the front area.

So if you have the same problem, try placing the model on a different part of the plate.

Assembly:

  • Insert part 3 with the thinner, angled side into part 2
  • It should fit snugly. If not, use glue
  • Insert part 1 into part 2
  • Part 1 must be able to rotate freely, otherwise the hole in part 2/3 must be enlarged
  • Now insert the combined part 2 into the housing hole
  • It should hold by itself and still be removable with little force
  • Place part 1 on the axle
  • Press carefully on the center until the result looks like the picture
  • You may need a little more force
  • Make sure that there is a little space between the parts so that they do not scratch
This was designed in Tinkercad with very simple shapes

I think the model is great. Unfortunately, I can't get it to fit properly. I will try to glue the smallest disk to the middle disk.

Hi, thanks to get in touch. Please have a look in the description "It should fit snugly. If not, use glue", so far as expected ;) But as soon as I have some time again, I will think of a way to combine the parts and still be able to print them without supports. Please be patient.
