This model is resliced to perfectly fit the Bambu A1 underneath an Ikea lack table and maintain the full print volume of the A1. When I first printed the original model I noticed I had a clearance issue with the Bambu A1, I was unable to use my full print volume. So I resliced the model to extend it 40.5mm or 1.6 inches while maintaining the look and feel of the original authors design. When mounted it will raise the Ikea lack approximately 167mm or 6.6 inches.
Materials Needed to Mount:
For mounting all you need is (8) #8 Philips or Torx screw, 1" - 1.5" length and drill bits to drill the pilot holes for the screws. Be sure not to over tighten or else the PETG will crack. I highly recommend using #8 cabinet screws, as they do a much better job distributing pressure without cracking PETG and have taller threads.
Mounting Orientation:
When mounting the risers, I advise to fully assemble the ikea lack table and then add these risers as the final step.
Print Profile Notes:
Nozzle: Suggest 0.6mm nozzle for fastest print time, 0.4mm will work just fine though.
Wall Loops: 4 wall loops on 0.4mm nozzle, 3 wall loops on 0.6mm.
Layer Height: Suggest 0.24mm (for 0.4mm nozzle) or 0.24 for a 0.6mm nozzle to maximize strength
Infill: 30%-50% gyroid (30% default)
Brim: Printable successfully with no brim, 3mm brim is default setting to reduce lifting.

Color: Any, Example was printed in Bambu Lab PETG-CF
Print Orientation: Risers are to be printed upside down as oriented in .3mf file
