Description

Changes/Remix Disclaimer:
Neck, Head, parts of the body from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:113908
Neck and head: Design rounded up.
Body original from https://www.printables.com/de/model/469841 adjusted for the neck and changed the string mount and support inside.

Note:

At first i printed the thingiverse version but don't like the small body so I adapted the one from printables.
Thats why this design has still room for improvement and contains minor issues.

But it is fully playable.

How to:

The neck will be attached with 4 M4x50 screws and nut, the head with two M4x14 screws and nut.
The original printed keys broke, so I bought normal guitar hardware.(the head is pretty thick, so buy long ones)

After screwing stuff together, you can string it.
I would suggest using the thicker drum head, because it will bend a lot.
If the drum head is fixed, I think it can compete against a wooden ukulele.

If you want to play around, the head from printables would work better with bought mechanics, so if you get that attached, it would be probably better. Or try to make this head slimmer.

Material:

4 M4x50 screws and nut

2 M4x14 screws and nut

4 guitar mechanics

Soprano Ukulele strings
