The original model by compute4you has thin walls and mentioned by some users as being flimsy. The remix by gregchwelos didn't address this however increased the overall size.
This remix has increased the side wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1mm without compromising capacity. Furthermore the increased thickness has resulted in not having to apply glue to strengthen the model and keep the desiccant in. Additionally the thumbscrews now have a knurled finish which makes it much easier to screw without using a tool. The screws were resized down 5% in the last remix however depending on your printer calibration this makes them very loose and hardly engaging the threads with the socket. A plate with the screws resized to 5% up has been added if required. For stiff turning threads a suggestion would be to use some vaseline or beeswax chap stick to lightly touch up the threads. An old expired tube is perfect for this.
Both PLA & PETG profiles are provided.
Many thanks to user compute4you for designing this model.
