After receiving my new Elite Forman Onefinity CNC I searched online for parts to cap any holes or voids that could get dust build up.

All the models I was able to locate seem to be for smaller versions of Onefinity CNC's. This model was designed in Fusion 360 and if needed I can make revisions on request.

The wiring was run though holes in the table to keep a clean look and protect the cables from damage but this left a void in the table for shavings and dust buildup. 

The covers length (100mm) was based on the location of the 1" hole I drilled into the table to run the cables and may need to be adjusted based on your hole location. The tube has an ID of 40mm, height of 70mm with a 15mm slot on the left side for the limit switch cable, X/Y power cables to the power supply below, and B Rail cable that is run from under the table to the Masso contorller.

I used (2) #6 fasteners to fasten the cover to the table, nothing is connected to the machine the tube is just butted up against it.

This is for the Y Rail on an Onefinity Elite Forman CNC, I have another design for the B Rail, as well as other designs for the end caps and mounting screw.
