Description
A1/A1 mini的挤出马达工作的时候非常烫,用优利德工业温枪测出来最低有60 70度,夏天来临,为了避免挤出马达过热造成各种各样的问题,就给它加了个扇子,用这个小座子可以无损安装.
风扇取电看视频的开头,出来电压是5v.有动手能力就做个可拆接头,直接焊在xh2.54针脚上也没问题.(挤出机最下面的xh2.54接口有24v)
用tpu打印四个,按照视频35秒的方向塞进风扇(4010型,5v,建议6000转以上),用M2X8螺丝从风扇正面穿过锁紧,打印件上涂一点乐泰416或者别的什么502之类的都行,最后怼在挤出机的后壳上,涂胶之前先比划比划,不要粘到前面板壳上.
众所周知,挤出机整体重量肯定是越轻越好,这个应该是4cm风扇最轻的无损改装方案了.
