Description

A bolt action pen that uses the standard Pilot G2 insert. The 0.2mm nozzle allows for precise tolerances that allow the bolt and threads to work seamlessly. The pen can be printed all in one plate or separate to print colors to mix and match each part. The Pilot G2 can be purchased at any office supply store and is widely available, making this a highly accessible EDC pen.

Such a good print!! I printed it on my A1 Mini with a 0.4mm nozzle. Printed at 0.1mm layers, 2 walls, and a 20% infill. It feels super sturdy and nice in the hand. I printed with default tree supports that and brims. Cleaned up really nicely. Also, I used a Pentel EnerGel insert for the ink and it worked great. The spring I used was from a Pilot G2 though.

The printed fine on a 0.4mm nozzle. I did a little sanding on the edges that were brimmed but that was pretty much it. excellent design!

I 'burnished' the edges by rubbing them against glass or steel surfaces while rotating and applying pressure. It rounds the edges very slightly and takes off the burrs.

Printed one of them on my Artillery Hornet printer using PETG and it came out almost flawless (mainly my printers fault), I found a pen which fit quite well and now I have a really aesthetic and comfortable pen. Really great design, everything fits as is meant and quality is excellent. (:
