Description

Simple print in place bobbycar trailer splint to prevent the trailer from disconnecting.

No tools needed, only print them out and break the connection line between splint and secure bolt.

Usage: Attach the splint, move the hinge, done. Works like the original one.

I printed this piece in eSun ABS+ Fire Engine Red. Perfect match with bobbycar color :)

Printtime: ~ 1 Hour ( i guess this is really fast ;) )
Profile: 0.20mm Quality
Printer: Prusa Mini+
Filament usage: Ridiculous ~ 10g – can be printed from any scrap you have lying around.

't know what I am doing wrong, but the splint seems to be too long. The weight of the trailer pushes the splint out of the car. It works better when I use it upside down but when the car moves it falls down pretty quick. If I place it correctly gravity just pulls the hinge downside and it don't work at all. Any advice is welcome ;)
