Description

Introducing the Toothbrush Travel Case V2

– now 20% smaller but 100% more fabulous! If you thought Version 1 was the bee's knees, wait until you see the upgrades on this beauty.

Crafted by me, your friendly neighborhood 3D printing enthusiast, this case is a labor of love. Gone are the days of awkwardly large cases; our V2 fits snugly in your hand like it was custom-made just for you. Plus, I’ve added a dedicated spot for your toothpaste, so your entire dental regime travels together in harmony. The newly improved toothbrush head holder ensures your brush stays as still as a yoga master in a zen garden, no wobbles, no worries.

Print all parts in one go – this case is a marvel of compact efficiency! I recommend using supports for printing and opting for high wall thickness to ensure your travel case withstands the rigors of your adventurous lifestyle.

So why wait? Upgrade your travel game with the Ultimate Toothbrush Travel Case V2. Your teeth – and your travel kit – deserve the best!

is there a correct way to free the hinges? it seems like mine have fused together during the print or there isn't enough of a gap

As this model does not fit my A1 mini, I printed each part separatedly and forced joined them after. I had to do some cutting, but the hinge still works and feels safe enough. A native A1 mini version would be welcome though.

Thanks! That's a smart way to do it. I do maybe a A1 Mini version in the future

The case is a bit too tight for my Oral-B Pro 3000 and doesn't fully close, but it still works splendidly. For the next case, I will try scaling it to 105%.

Other Issues:hinges fused during print, unable to free them, snapped the top case nwhen trying to free them next to the lower hinge when trying to free them

That's very weird. It seems your settings for the filament are not right and you need to adjust the flow rate. I have printed it many times, even with no-name filament. However, with no-name filament, I always check the quality before printing. If it's not great, you can edit the settings with the Bambu Lab Slicer. That works very well for me.

that's unusual, I'm using esun pla+ with the downloaded esun pla+ profiles from their website, haven't had issues printing with their profiles
