This is my second iteration of a Stealthburner display mount for the Big Tree Tech Knomi Display.

The Improvements in this version are:

1. Front fixing display frame for very easy removal for maintenance or firmware upgrades. Can be easily removed entirely without any disassembly to the SB.
2. 350 degree ventilation around the display including below the display\PCB.
3. The main body is much easier to print and does not require any supports.
4. Rapido UHF version included within the upload. 5. Improved wire management.

Note:

There is now a V2_1 step file uploaded which includes a more robust clip to the display collar & a bridging support helper. The bridging detail on the Main Body as also been revised.

This mod IMHO provides much improved air flow (in comparison to the BTT stock design) to the PCF and a much more rigid mount for the display.

The display mount does protrude at the front of the SB by 5 mm, this therefore may effect the Y axis build volume in some cases where the SB is tight to the door panels.

This is still installed on a test machine and not being used full time yet but the general cooling appears similar to the stock SB using Teaching Techs cooling fan torture test.

Update 02_06_23: Uploaded Install Guide 1_1

Update 13_08_23: Uploaded 2_1 which includes:

1. Improved bridging design to main body.
2. A more robust retention clip to the display collar. Please note there is some integrated supports to the underside of the clip which require removal post print (see uploaded image).
3. Included a bridging support element which also regards removal post print. Support offset is based on printing @ 0.2 layer height.
4. Uploaded relevant STLs for the V2_1 revision.
