A cutout of Charlie Brown for Fourth of July decoration. He is 580mm tall (~23") and has a stand to hold him upright. He prints in different parts so that he can fit on a 250x250 build plate and is held together using pegs that are also printed. Charlie Brown is part of July 4th Peanuts set the I will be uploading over the next couple of weeks.
If you are customizing the print make sure you have at least 6 solid layers for the surface, so the infill pattern does not show through.
TIP: The candle plate can take up to 10 color. If you need to reduce the number of colors you can combine the base color of the candle or print a couple of the color layers on separate plates and glue them onto the model. I personally printed the skin layer separate and glued it on top of the model cause I wanted the full colors.
*Update: The peg style was updated from cylinders to rectangles to increase the strength because the old pegs were breaking.
*Note: The image shown was printed in ASA not PLA because it was meant to be an outdoor decoration. If you wish to try and print in ASA let me know and I will share the print profile. The default ASA profile won't work because the layers are too thick and cause warping.
