TL;DR: Created a filament with the Bambu Lab logo embedded inside, designed to print with a 0.2mm nozzle, modified the circular profile of the filament and added brims to the end for better overall print bed adhesion.

I bought a pair of A1 printers the moment it was restocked. I was really happy with my P1S but was really attracted to nozzle swap function on the A1 (and of course the price). I was testing how the nozzle sizes affect the quality and the print times and I am really happy with my experiments. I saw the 0.2mm nozzle contest and was wondering what I could make. I decided to create a filament that has the Bambu Lab logo baked inside. It was challenging because of the thin walls and the circular profile. I took down some pointers from the YouTube videos by @TurboSunShine and @CNCKitchen. This is not an easy print. I modified the brims at the ends of the filament, as well as the shape of the filament which allows it to adhere to the print bed better.

My next task is to print a micro Benchy with this filament.
