Description

PowerDriver is an extremely versatile bit driver that folds it into a T-shape for when you need that extra torque.

You can find .stls of two versions: The regular version and a loose fit version. Depending on the machine, filament, and calibration, one or the other might be better. In doubt, I recommend printing the caps first and comparing the sizes before printing the body. If needed, using pliers to insert and remove bits a few times with some heat applied can help loosen the slot.

They were designed to be friction fit, but you have the option to glue 4x2mm magnets as a way to hold the bits.

They were designed to be printed standing up. Please use a brim and regular supports. For bambulab users, feel free to use my print profile.

Here is a step-by-step set of pictures with all necessary support removal:

If you would like to see more models like this, consider giving it a boost 🚀🚀🚀 .

It helps me buy filament and material to prototype and test new models!

Happy printing!

if is stuck, my first instinct is that some parts fused together. if this is the case, you have to try snapping it open applying force against a surface e.g. floor.
