Description

I created this thickness ring for the BambuLab-Overture and Anycubic reel as the Overture and Anycubic cardboard reel have a greater thickness than the BambuLab one and to make it stay still I had to add some shims while with this solution I can now transfer all the internal part by removing one side of the cardboard vault and inserting it into that of the Bambulab, giving stability to the AMS.

NB: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CLEANED THE PLATE WELL.
I have two printing profiles, one without the need for the brim and the other with the brim in case there are piece adhesion problems not due to the piece but problems deriving from the printer or filament used.

USE PROCEDURE:
1) take the Overture cardboard reel and place it on the table and tear one side, cleaning any paper residue from the circle.
2) take the ring nut and insert it inside the cardboard circle.
3) open the BambuLab coil and place the part with the stop coupling in the ring nut.
4) turn everything while holding the spool firmly so that the filament does not come out and uncork the other side of the cardboard.
5) take the other side of the BambuLab reel and insert it by clicking and now you can use it easily without the problem of cardboard/ams jamming.

Many thanks! I am using Anycubic filament the inner diameter of the cardboard spool was just to wide for the bambu hex spool. This adaptor works perfectly for me!

Replying to @Gerard74 :
Sure! I am using your design for Anycubic PLA filament, which comes on cardboard spools. I attached it to the Bambu HoneyComb spool in the same way you described.
