I also condensed it to two print plates instead of three, to allow for faster completion, and I added density to the base piece to give greater stability.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) Insert bearings fully into hole in UPPER section
(2) Insert BOTTOM section peg into bearing center hole.
(3) ???
(4) Profit!

There will be a small gap between the sections, to ensure silky-smooth operation without any rubbing.
