Description

The IKEA Kallax shelf is prone to strong vibrations when used as a shelf for a 3D printer. This reinforcement improves the rigidity of the structure and reduces vibrations during rapid printing movements.

Tip: Wood glue or double-sided tape under the angle improves the damping effect.

Hi, could you please explain if this is what you mean by under the angle ? Should add tape / glue under that corner ? Thx

The sizing was a little bit off for me, but my Kallax is probably 10 years old. I wouldn't be surprised if the thickness of the top/sides has changed a little. I was able to install it easily though, and it did a great job.
