The box is fixed under the floor.
A simple piece of filament can be used for the hinge bolt.

beautiful print, has been working perfectly since day1.
This model actually helped me to identify a faulty hotend from aliexpress because the lid is literally measured for a bambu lab hotend and the one from aliexpress was just a tiny bit wider so the lid didn’t closed.

To make it suitable for the A1 printer, I used the cutting function from Bambu Studio. Now you can put the box next to it or somewhere else ^^.

I don't think that the cause of your warping problem lies in the model or the print template. The model is too simple in shape and size for that.
