It's getting warm outside and I wanted to enjoy a nice cold beer in the workshop. It happened multiple times that my beer or lemonade got warm after a short time so I made this can cooler to see if it could work.
I made multiple iterations and found a nice tolerance that lets the can slide in with minimal air surrounding it. The air slows the can down when dropping it in and even makes it pop when removing it fast, without much friction.
But of course it can not compete against a vacuum sealed container or neoprene sleeves. After all, it's still just PLA so eventually your drink will get warm. But it slows the process and that's the main goal.
Enjoy your cold drink - cheers!
