Description

3D printable Shuttlecock that is fully functional - you can adjust the weigth and feel by changing density of the base. 

Make sure to print the base using TPU filament.

 

You need at least 16 “feathers” to assemble single shuttlecock, I however suggest to print few spares. 

Assembly:

 

Just push the “feathers” into the base. If the holes are too small you may need to calibrate your TPU filament beforhand.
