The ipad mini 6 Case Stand Version V2, based on the first version, removes the screws on both sides and uses a hidden damping hinge instead. It can be suspended at will and upgraded from 90-degree reversal to 180-degree reversal, which can be hung. It is a good helper for dormitories and camping movies.

The damping hinge I bought is 0.6N, and the actual damping is a bit large. After calculation, 0.3N can also achieve free suspension. The size and style of the damping hinge are as follows:

Since I couldn't find a smaller damping hinge online, the second version is 5mm thicker than the first version. I have uploaded the source files synchronously. If you find a small hinge, you can modify it on the source files. At the same time, grooves can be opened on the back plate to hold a stylus, or holes can be opened to install 1/4 screw holes for more purposes.

It is recommended to use carbon fiber or ABS for printing, which has stronger structural integrity and strength.

The hardware in the second version has reduced 2 pairs of screws and heat-shrink nuts, and added 2 damping hinges, based on the first version.
