Description

Update! 02-12-2023

It now uses les fillament then before and the drawers are deeper! This module cost 411,76g. and saved 43.83g vs the older version. And the print time is reduced significantly. From 11h28m to 9h59m on X1C / P1P / P1S. The already printed inserts will still fit the updated version. But new inserts downloaded from now on will not fit the older version of drawers. Inserts used to be 28mm high and are now 31mm high. The line on front of the drawers (benchy hulline) is also removed in this update.

Ive made this modulair sorter station.

You dont need any screw's or bolts to assemble. print it and build it. Everything hookes onto eachother.

No supports needed

No brim needed

15% infill

Its beginner printer friendly. download, print and assemble.

Fillament usage: 411,76g

More upgrades will be available soon!

This wil be a versatile assortment station for al your various objects and hobby's.

If you have any suggestions or idea's let me know in the comments.

You can print this in any material. but i used basic PLA from bambu lab. orther materials may affect the screwless design.

I love this system. We just need some more options for drawer inserts!

Thanks for posting this modular set on Maker World. I started out with the BaBo set from Willi and then was also frustrated by the fact that he expected payment for some of the modules. IMO this set is superior as it does not need screws. I am changing over to this system. Love your work! Currently printing the build plate module in rainbow silk PLA.

This chest of drawers is really great. No glue or screws required. Everything fits together tightly. Will definitely expand it further. I hope there is more to come as an inlay.

came out pretty good, nice interference between parts. I used the discontinued pla tough. kinda disappointed the doors don't reach all the way back into the body but wouldn't fit on print bed I guess

amazing models.., just a stupid question: why you are losing space on back of drawers?

that’s a good qeastion! the printbed isnt big enough. and i want to make the whole unit square. so the thicknes you gain on the sides where the drawer slides in, you lose on the back. because i cant print a bigger drawer on the 256x256x256 print bed😁. and i want the drawer to be one piece for strength. thank you for your feedback!

Is there any way possible you can make a mount to screw it to the wall? What i am thinking is the side pieces that snap together to build the shelves, make those but add the support and screw holes where we can add to the bottom if we want to hang it. I have no space to work with so everything needs to go on a wall. I would truly appreciate you. Boosting this one and will boost the wall attachment with every boost i get.

i can look into this. but isnt it better just to make a shelf that can be screwed to the wall where you can set those drawers on? i can make that. i doubt if i make the sides to screw to the wall that it gonna be strong enough? maybe you can clarify it better. send me a message😊

100% awsome work. I printed a 4 tall by 2 wide unit and actually moved my AMS on top of that. Use it all the time.
