Description

I recently needed to use a DROK DC buck converter on a golf cart battery upgrade project. I landed on the DROK DC Buck Converter CNC, 10V-100V to 0V-90V, DC to DC 12V 24V 36V 48V 72V 10A 900W Adjustable Power Supply Voltage Regulator Module on the jungle website but couldn't find any available enclosures for it, hence this model I created. I'm still new to Fusion but I printed and tweaked many versions to get to this point where I feel it serves it's purpose well. I'm sure further tweaks can be made but I at least wanted to share what I have so far.

I unplugged the display and used the mounting screws for it to mount to the underside of the lid. I then used four #3 (2.5mm I think) machine screws to mount the board to the case and another four to mount the lid to the case. I also purchased these Dupont 2.54mm Wire Male to Female Dupont Connector and 22AWG Pre-Crimped Cable 10cm x 8 pin in a 2pk which gives you the 16 pins you need to relocate the display to the lid.

I also designed some button and knob extensions but I haven't printed these yet to test so they aren't in the print. I hope this model helps with your project as much as it did mine.
