Needed a bracket for a I2S PCM5102 DAC which I could connect to a PicoMEM board (https://github.com/FreddyVRetro/ISA-PicoMEM).
Both an ISA and PCI version are available. The PCI version is bit harder to print as it needs a lot more support material which can be a pain to remove. The tolerances for the 3.5mm port are really tight (on purpose) so maybe you need to widen it a bit during post processing if the tolerances of your 3D printer are not optimal.
I used some thick Tesa double sided tape to attach the I2S PCM5102 DAC to the bracket. Using thin double sided tape is not recommended because of the solder blobs on the back side of the board.
