One fundamental issue with the A1's “pooping” is that sometimes the poo sticks to the nozzle by a string and gets dragged. This can bring poop onto your print, ruining it or even worse, the poop gets under the heatbed and jams it (likely breaking it) :( It's hard to sweep under the heatbed so I devised a solution: The Poo Shield! This piece goes between the pooping mechanism and the left side of the bed, stopping any stray poop from ruining your day or worse, your printer!
It's dead simple! 0.2mm standard settings. It does require good bridging abilities but isn't difficult for most printers.
Any nozzle, any plate, any material! Make sure to print with the text down.
(Bambu Lab Matte White PLA best matches the A1 body)
Apply adhesive onto the smallest end of the model and attach as shown in the pictures.
