Description

There are 2 versions:

  1. Version: No mechanical parts no screws, just a base and 4 rollers to print.

Wide and normal sizes.

Bend the base a little to get the rollers on.

2. Version: Uses M5 hex screws

-------------------------------

Update 9th Nov 2023

Some of you reported the rollers not being strong enough and friction too high.

I added another version which has the base in 3 parts.

This Version2 also requires 12 M5x15 mm hex screws.

VER2.ZIP files contains 3mf, and stl files.

while the design is good looking it’s not funtional. Print profile is too weak and sides will flex even from slightest pressure. Also pla rubbing against pla wont last. Mine broke after 1 minute of very slight use.

Thanks for honest feedback. I'm working on improved strength and friction.

Great concept but there is too much flex in the base so even moderate pressure and the rollers fall off. Also printer in PLA there is quite Abit of wear from constant rubbing between base and rollers. Don't find it useable. unless this was supposed to be printed in something other than pla for base.

Thank you for your feedback. Increase walls and infill might help not to flex too much.

Too much flex in base with PLA so the rollers just fall off even with moderate pressure. also, wear on bump that holds roller in place would be really high. I ended us using the rollers without base.

Thanks for your feedback. But as you can see there is also another version here which needs a little assembly and it has M5 hex screws which act as ball bearings.
