The stick requires one M5 nut to mount the camera. Everything else is made to fit tightly. A few first slides of the extendable arm are difficult, after that it works pretty well. Tested it during the trip. It worked just fine - it was not an extreme test, mostly walking/running. The adjustable part looks different from the one I posted in the picture because I thought that it would reduce some material and look cool, but in practice it just annoyed me and I mistook the shapes for the actual leveling holes.
