Linear Slider Box for deej Software Control

Take control of your music experience with this custom-designed Linear Slider Box, perfect for use with the deej software (https://github.com/omriharel/deej ). This box allows you to adjust individual program volumes on your Windows or Linux system using a set of 5 linear sliders.

Key Features:

  • Designed specifically for deej software control
  • Holds 5 linear sliders for volume adjustment of different programs
  • Can be customized with your preferred mapping (e.g. Master, Active Window, Teamspeak, etc.)

Print Settings:

  • Material: Your preferred 3D printing material (e.g. PLA, PETG, etc.)
  • Print orientation: Print with the long axis aligned with the slider rods for optimal fit
  • No special settings required; print as you would any other object.

Bill of Materials and Pricing:

  • Controller: Arduino nano clone compatible ($2.64)
  • Sliders: 5x SC6080GH (60mm slide length, linear resistance mapping) ($3.27/lot)
  • Knobs: 5x Fader Knobs ($1.52/lot)
  • Bolts: M5x20 socket head cap screw
  • Wire: 22ga wire

Assembly Instructions:

  • Arduino slides into position and is locked in by a 2x3 grid of pins.
  • Refer to the deej GitHub site for wiring and build instructions.
