Replacement Propellerblade for Hobbyking Warbirds

Motivation:

Hobbyking has/had a lot of great RC PNF Warbirds, but sadly they and their replacement parts are out of stock. Because of that, my bird (P51 Mustang) and the ones of my friends were grounded, as we all have broken propellerblades at some point.

I have decided to design and print my own replacement propellerblade, which is now availible for download.

Disclaimer:

• I have printed the blades with my resin printer (anycubic photon mono 4k). the part is not optimised for fdm 3d printing and will probably not work
• When using the blades, you do so at your own risk. Make sure the wear safety glasses and be carefull. I am not responsible for injuries or damages caused by the propeller.
• If possible, use a tough resin
• This is not my final design, as I am not 100% happy with the fit in the spinner and the blade geometry

Experience using the propeller:

I have tried the propeller and it worked great for the F4U Corsair. The Takeoff-Distance is a little bit longer, compared to the original blades, because the printed blades have a lower angle of attack. Otherwise I had no issues.
