When I upgraded my graphics card, I realised that my case's airflow was significantly inhibited by the plastic front cover which only had two small holes for air and I decided to design and print one for increased airflow. And after printing this front cover, my gpu temps decreased ~10C!
To print the front cover I split it into two in the slicer and added two connecters at the corners so that two parts stay together more rigidly. I did not need any other modifications to the model. And as can be seen from the pictures, the dimensions for the cover is really close to the chasis since I did some test prints and adjusted the dimensions for more flush dimensions.
