Flashlight Vertical Mount

DESCRIPTION

I have a commonly available 18650/AAAx3 flashlight. This flashlight is known under multiple names and available in Amazon and other sites for a low cost. I have designed a vertical mount to stow the flashlight out of the way when not in use, but still easily accessible.

The mount supports flashlights diameters upto about 35mm.  The side opening is about 30mm wide.  If you use the mount by lowering the flashlight from above, a stiff plastic filament can be used in the print.  A flexible TPU filament will be needed for sideways flashlights loading and unloading.

PRINTING INFORMATION

My print is made in Bambu Lab PLA Tough Gray filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 25% infill on a Bambu Lab X1 Carbon printer. Print supports are not required. A brim is optional.

Both print profile and the individual STL files are included for download.
