Rugged box for DJI Osmo Action 4 Camera

This has more storage space, SD card / ND Filter Inserts than original.

6 x 30mm M3 bolts required - you can find these on Amazon & AliExpress.

Note: You can use full or half threads, I think half look nicer.

Print the insert in TPU if possible (pictured in red here), makes the filters and memory card fit perfectly - but not essential.

Enlarge the parts by 0.5mm in width and length, including the latch tpu. The camera and frame come in and out more easily and are still tight and do not move. There is a problem with the inner cover that is attached to the top cover. When you print without support, one side is damaged and separated from the print. Print it with support.

The original model I remixed had a problem with a 'gap' once you sliced the lid insert which is now fixed in this model. I added a filet to the edge, see photo of the sliced model.

Unfortunately, the screws needed are not available anywhere. The link in the description leads to a M3x23 but the width required is 30. Amazon or other hardware stores only carry full-threaded screws. I wish everyone had designed boxes without screws or other external parts in mind. Similar to this box organizer, https://makerworld.com/en/models/213420#profileId-239408

the link for the screws is WRONG. it links to 23mm length, it needs 30mm!!!
