This looks like an under extrusion issue on your end & not a profile issue. There isn't enough squish on the first layer & even the top layers are showing signs of under extrusion. The profile for this is almost default except for ironing, chances of it causing the issues in your photos are very slim. Make sure you don't have a clog, material is set to what you have in the printer or for wear in the extruder gears.

Just finished to print this poop trash, same Bambulab PLA Basic white, it's perfect. The printer is new, arrived yesterday, updated and calibrated. Filament new and dry. 10 hours total print. Don't know what went wrong 🤷🏻‍♂️

It almost looks as it it was the incorrect sized nozzle in the slicer. It possible there was a partial clog which cleared after the colour change.
