拓竹ams 应急替换齿轮 BambuLab AMS feeder emergency replacement gears

拓竹ams进料器使用花键将三个齿轮串联固定在一根光轴上，长期工作可能出现打滑扫齿。

The ams feeder uses splines to fix three gears in series on a cylindrical pin. The teeth may slip during long-term operation.

为此我复刻并ams齿轮，并修改齿轮之间的组合方式。修改后杜绝了打滑的问题。

For this purpose, I copied the AMS gears and modified the combination of the gears. After modification, the problem of slipping has been eliminated.

为了保证齿轮的精度，你需要使用0.2mm直径的喷嘴打印。（不建议使用0.4的喷嘴打印，薄壁会打印失败）

In order to ensure the accuracy of the gears, you need to print with a 0.2mm diameter nozzle. (It is not recommended to use 0.4 nozzles for printing, as thin walls will fail to print)

此外你还需要一根M3*30的圆柱销

In addition, you need an M3*30 cylindrical pin

不要使用PLA材料打印，会融化

Do not use PLA printing, it will melt
