My friend asked for a Walking Dead logo print and I was surprised to find that on MakerWorld, the only ones I could find that included texture were hand painted. So I worked on making a version that doesn't need to be hand painted, but can get the texture from the print itself.
This is a HueForge version of the Walking Dead logo. Normally HueForge prints are pretty thin though, so I did some work to make it thick so that it stands by itself. I have included a .3mf that takes care of the filament changes correctly, but if that doesn't work for you, I'll describe what I did.
Normally, HueForge prints include the following instructions:
"Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm"
If you want to use a lot of filament for the thicker part of this print, feel free to use those instructions and the following information:
NOT RECOMMENDED
"Filaments Used:
PLA BambuLab Basic Black Transmission Distance: 0.6
PLA BambuLab Basic BambuLab Green Transmission Distance: 8
PLA BambuLab Basic Yellow Transmission Distance: 6
PLA BambuLab Basic Jade White Transmission Distance: 5
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #150 (12.1mm) swap to BambuLab Green
At layer #152 (12.2mm) swap to Yellow
At layer #156 (12.6mm) swap to Jade White for the rest."
RECOMMENDED
Because I didn't want to print the thicker part at 100% infill and that layer height, I modified the following:
With those changes, the following HueForge instructions apply:
"Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.2mm
Filaments Used:
PLA BambuLab Basic Black Transmission Distance: 0.6
PLA BambuLab Basic BambuLab Green Transmission Distance: 8
PLA BambuLab Basic Yellow Transmission Distance: 6
PLA BambuLab Basic Jade White Transmission Distance: 5
Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #61 (12.08mm) swap to BambuLab Green
At layer #63 (12.24mm) swap to Yellow
At layer #67 (12.56mm) swap to Jade White for the rest."
