This is a furniture kit for Cynthia by Sillybutts. It includes a birdshead grip, thumbhole stock filler, curvy mag chin piece, curvier mag release, and a trigger guard with a spur, as well as a foregrip. Additionally, an extended top rail replacement and corresponding plunger tube cover are included. The release, chin, and trigger guard can be used separately. The stock filler and the birdshead grip should be used together. For the extended rail you'll need both rail pieces and the plunger tube cover.

Just uses extra 4-40 screws.
