Description

Hello folks. I designed this to be a direct replacement for the ugly trickle vents in my house. It is different to other options as no screws are required. These vents fit as direct replacements for the Speedy Frame vents fitted in many homes built by Dunelm.

The vent is design to fit into a oval slotted hole 175mm long by 17mm wide.

To assemble the vent take care to slide the draw into the frame with the the locating nipple and dimple on the same side. It is design to be install with the the niple/dimple on the bottom.

I printed these in PTEG to allow best flex and UV tolerance.

The slice file is optimised as best as I could get it for my P1P and Bambu PTEG, you might want to tweak the set up to fine tune for your printer/filament combo.

The overhangs for the locating/locking clips don't need supports as their cosmetic value is not important, its the function that counts.
