Nespresso refill kit from Recaps is brilliant but the sticker is a royal pita to align. I scrapped a few cards of stickers before giving up and designing this aligment tool. I wanted it to fit in with the process and not feel like an extra step, so intergrating it with the holder made sense. I've taken great care to ensure the sticker didn't adhere to the tool but at the same time allow it to seat without slipping. There were a few failed versions along the way, finding a cap design that didn't cut into the foil was a problem. Depth and fillets worked around this and this final release sees a reliable tool.

The pictures above are in sequence to assist you in the process. As I've mentioned, the stickers can be a bit quirky and sensitive if you're pressing too hard, I find the best method to date is a light push and twist just to seat the sticker, then simply pushing down the edges with your fingers afterwards to complete the seal. I've had no blown pods to date and have reused the original ones multiple times without any damage.
