Added stronger version of Holder A, named: HOLDER_A_with_thread_stronger

I made this paper towel holder from scratch because most of the other designs here have serious flaws.

1. My holder is suitable for all sizes of towels

2. Mounting/unmounting is quick

3. Threads are designed to have enough offset and tolerances, and you don't need to adjust your 3d slicer settings (printed with default setting should easily fit)

I've printed several holders for my family using PLA.

For 0.2 mm nozzle I used 0.3 mm layer height - faster printing, strong enough, looks ok, but you can print it using 0.2 or even 0.15 layer height for better look.

For 0.8 mm nozzle I printed with 0.4 mm layer height - this print is much stronger I think.
