I liked the design of liamstange's Deej case but it was a bit too wide for my liking. I removed the space between the sliders and tidied up the dimensions, made a better mount for the Arduino nano (USB C) and made it easier to add the screws for the top cover (uses a guide now). Also designed some knobs which fit perfectly on the stalk.
Uses 10 x 8mm M3 screws to hold in the sliders and 4 x 12mm M3 screws for the case. The top of the case also uses 4 x M3 threaded inserts as I didn't like just screwing into the plastic.
You will need to remove the connector pins from the slide potentiometers to fit them in.
I added a lead weight at the bottom (just hot glued) to give it a more premium feel.
