组装配件：胶水，无需五金配件

打印建议：开启熨烫功能可以打印出更好的表面效果，建议使用100%填充打印，建议喷涂lac防止打印翘边。模型已经设置好组装公差，请根据自己的打印情况调整模型大小。因为不同的3d打印机存在微小的差异，如果你组装出来的蝴蝶刀不能流畅的运动，建议将刀片止刀柱的部分打磨一下。

Printing suggestion: Enabling the ironing function can print a better surface effect. It is recommended to use 100% fill printing and spray Lac to prevent printing warping. The assembly tolerance of the model has been set, please adjust the size of the model according to your own printing situation.Different 3D printers may have different printing effects. If the stop column hinders the smooth movement of the blade handle, I suggest polishing the part of the stop column.

Excellent model for display, great job! But if you want to actually flip the knife around, one side of the handle always touches the upper pin of the blade when closing the knife. This creates enough friction to interrupt a smooth movement - very annoying when doing tricks with it. For anyone with a similar problem: I uploaded a remix which frees up the movement by making the upper pin a bit smaller (https://makerworld.com/en/models/450589#profileId-357572)

Thank you for pointing out the issues you discovered.Different 3D printers may yield varying print results. I took a shortcut in the design by integrating the blade stop with the blade body. If the blade stop impedes the smooth movement of the handle, it is recommended to file down the part of the blade stop.

great print. took some time to figure out the assembly. some of the small spacers go into holes that needed to be carved out since my filament filled them in

hey how did you end up removing the excess filament? there is some in the connector pins and I don’t wanna damage it.

I put it together wrong because "I can figure this out, np" ... then the handles were reversed after the glue set. Fantastic print though! will be coming back for a redo eventually.
