Updated adapter, my final design for my conquest. I slightly moved the intake to clear the alternator without having to remove or modify the alternator cover. mine is printed out with PC-CF and seems to be very sturdy. The O-rings are made out of 95A TPU. some of holes for the studs and bolts are a tiny bit off but mine fit with a little help from a rubber mallet.

For the bolts, studs and nuts I used:

7 × 55mm long Flange Bolt M8X1.25 Coarse

7 × M8X1.25 Nylon Flange Nut with Serrations

5 × 40mm long M6X1.0 Stainless Allen Set Screw Stud

5 × M6X1.0 Nylon Flange Nut with Serrations

5 × 20mm long M6X1.0 SERRATED Hex Flange Bolt
