History behind making the part

I have a friends that ask me is i could help him with his vinyl player, had a broken gear and is a model from 1987.

Good luck finding spare parts for that. 3D Printing to the rescue.

i took it apart and measured everything and printed 1 copy testet it and i broke because of weak infill so changed it to 100%

It a mechanical parts that move the slate in and out every time you have to switch side on the vinyl or want to hear something else.
