I created a replacement gear for the 'Abu Garcia BOAT 700' fishing reel as the original one broke. You can see the new and old gears side by side in the pictures below.

Gear specifications:

• 30 teeth
• Outer diameter from the tip to the tip of the teeth is 23.5 mm
• Hole diameter is 3 mm
• Gear thickness is 3 mm
• Teeth depth is 1.65 mm
• Distance between teeth peaks is 2.38 mm
• Bottom gap between teeth is 0.9 mm

I recommend using PETG for printing since the fishing reel is exposed to water. Additionally, I suggest using a 0.2 mm nozzle for optimal printing. Using a 0.4 mm nozzle may result in the 'amputation' of the gear teeth.

Feel free to scale the gear for other purposes if needed.
