Description

Test your printer and filament with this bridging test model

The model tests bridging at 7 different lengths including:

  • 5 mm
  • 10 mm
  • 20 mm
  • 40 mm
  • 60 mm
  • 80 mm
  • 100 mm

The bridges are 1.40 mm thick

Print settings I recommend

  • 100% infill.
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • No supports

1. Try Hab es über das Handy gesendet und keine Einstellungen vorgenommen. Mein AMS zeigt zu hohe Feuchtigkeit, der Drucker steht mit in der Wohnstube. Es wurden alle Abstände nahezu waagerecht gedruckt. ab einer Bridge von 4 bekomme ich Fäden die keine Funktion haben und unten "rumhängen". Aber ich bin begeistert das die Software das einfach ausgleicht. Den trotzdem ist es oben Waagerecht. 2. Try speed am Handy auf 50% leisemodus geändert. Identisches Ergebnis. wow macht schon Spaß.

after doing work on the printer, I always print one to make sure everything was assembled correctly

was quite pleased with how well my .6mm nozzle did. wish I would've tested with this before I put my ben2c fan shroud on my hot end to see if there was a difference

Other Issues:3 series of 2 prints all failed for my part. Catastrophic bridges. Profile to review for me ☹️ Bambu Lab PLA Basic Silver 15mm3/s

Originally I used the all in one test model and bridging kept failing. So focusing on the bridging with this model led me to a faster realization I haven't used the calibration options in the Bambu Studio! Huge difference after doing that. Also PETG is a pain sometimes so I had to pause/resume to get the nozzle wiper to kick in more often but thankfully a better nozzle wiper will fix that.

Which calibration options did you use that made a difference? After the 20mm section I had awful bottom layers on all the rest.
