Thank you very much. If you set the model to 150 %, it might also work with a 0.4 nozzle.

Other Issues:letters wouldn’t print on the back side at all just dots where letters should have been

IMPORTANT: The model in the competition is 0.2 mm nozzle.
Did you use the 0.2 mm nozzle?
The letters belong on top when printing.
I downloaded the print profile again from Makerworld and printed it. The pictures show the printing process in several steps.
1. first layer
2. first color
3. first layer, 2nd color
4. last layer of the 2nd color
5. third color layer
6. first layer of letters
