I wanted a mount for my sunlu S2 Dryer - with little fillament usage as possible. And that it will fit with my setup with my AMS riser. So i used one original holder to have a perfect base (Sunlu S2 snuck perfectly in this holder base + the hole for the powercable was perfectly placed) and remixed it into my solution, so that the AMS chamber of the outer shell would be the main fix-point.
The mount-plate is very sturdy (when you use my profile and good filiament) and the brackets are just needed to give some extra support and take some pressure from the AMS outer wall.
Use 2x M4x4mm Threat inserts on the holder itself + 2x M4x16mm (sunkhead)screws to connect it to the angle brackets and some good double sided tape to fix the bracket with your printer or riser. I personally used some 3M assembly line (Montageband) with a possibility to hold 50kg/m² and it is very sturdy. (I didn´t want to ruin my riser, so a screwing at the bottom of the bracket was no option)
It was a journey to develop something so simple, yet so complicated in the detail. But i hope it will be also a good fit for some other guys out there.
