Description

This is a Multiple Tube Splitter for Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini with AMS Lite.

Just insert the 4 PTFE into the splitter. You dont need an extra PTFE extension underneath to the genuine hub. The filament at the two slots behind of it (Slot 3&4) are directly connected to the hub. Just push carefully the PTFE's into the splitter until it stops.

The 2 slots at the backside fits for 2 extra external spools.

Its a very useful splitter to keep the PTFE stable at printing and stop the wearout of push-in and push-out the tubes.

Use a wide brim to stabilize the object and decrease printing speed.

You can use AMS to print the bambulab logo. Remeber it increase the printing time. Optional you can print the logo separately.

Enjoy !

Print came out great but I added some manual tree support to the internal 4 holes that had some overhangs. Used manual brim also.

Quick and easy! I should have used a better support, but can't wait to try this out.

Yes. My tip: Using the external spool you can update it to hold 2 spools. Just bought this spare part "PTFE tube connector A1": https://eu.store.bambulab.com/de/collections/spare-parts-for-a1-series/products/ptfe-tube-connector-a1 and print this one https://makerworld.com/en/models/184377?from=search#profileId-236975

Printed it and it works great. for anyone wondering it does not replace the factory pies but simply slides over it.

Did you print with support? Maybe thats the problem. I recommend to print it vertical, resp. standing with brim.

lol if u just flipped the ams colorized one 90 degrees you would only need maybe 2 or even 1 single color change from white to green and it would only cost a few extra grans of fikament not 60 lol design smarter with the ams

can you please repost this with a version where all four inputs are structured like your back two? the PTFE just auto butts up against it and doesn't feed all the way through is amazing and i'd like the bottom four to be like that. Thanks
