I needed a mounting solution for a Meanwell ERPF 400 24 PSU, for my Ender 3.
I chose DIN mounting for as cleaner setup but lacking a ready made plate or even screw holes on the PSU case, I drew one up from scratch.
There are 2 versions - v1, the prototype - currently mounted on the E3 and v2 - the close refinement - not yet mounted, I'll do it in probably a couple of months.
The V1 is meant to take M3 heat inserts and also it's meant to works with DIN Rail Bracket - Heat Insert Version - 62.5mm - DIN Rail Bracket - Heat Insert Version - 52.5mm & 62.5mm by mmuellerphoto | Download free STL model | Printables.com.
V2 is built on the same principle.
Both mount to the bracket with M3x15mm screws - pictures.
V1 is not meant for the printer to be upside down.
V2 could manage that since it's tailored with a top brace securing the PSU to the plate.
The brace is meant to take 4 M3x10 mm countersunk screws - directly to the plastic, no inserts.
Print specs - these should be tailored to your printer, below you find mine:
Material - PETG
Nozzle - .4 brass
Layer height - .16
Layer width .4
